Start the day with exclusive access at Adelaide Hill’s icon Shaw + Smith. After a VIP vineyard and winery tour, you’ll sit down to a hosted tasting of their flagship single vineyard wines including rare back vintages.

At The Lane, you’ll head into the wine cellar with the winemaker as they freshly disgorge you a bottle of aged sparkling wine. Sparkling in hand, you’ll head up to the restaurant to  enjoy a 5-course chef’s menu with matched wines at this stunning hilltop venue.

Last but not least, tour the home of Australia’s most iconic wine brand - Penfold’s. Walk the secret cellars where Grange was first invented before enjoying a privately hosted masterclass of Penfold’s flagship wines.
